Who doesn’t love a quick and easy craft? This Valentine’s day wreath will definitely put a smile on your face. It is so mindless to make, no sewing, no power tools, and no stress!
Nothing warms my heart than to decorate my home for every holiday. I always like to spruce up my front porch for the occasion and decorating it for Valentine’s Day is no exception. You do not have to go crazy with the décor. Just adding a simple and pretty wreath will brighten up your home.
This craft is super simple, and can be done in less than an hour! Unless you are hosting a crafting party (those are always fun) or having friends over, then the timeframe is based on your enjoyment. Crafting is always fun in groups, so time should never be an issue!
Materials needed are listed below:
- Embroidery Hoop– Any size works, it all depends on the size you prefer.
- Fabric– a piece of fabric that has Valentine print. I bought 1 yard and had fabric left over.
- Scissors
- Glue Gun
- Faux flowers and greenery
- Floral wire
- Ribbons
Once you’ve gathered all your supplies, the fun part can begin:
- Take the embroidery hoop apart. You will then add the fabric to the bigger hoop and secure it by adding the smaller hoop on the back.
- Once the fabric is secured, stretch it out so that it is flat on the front and start gluing the fabric on the back of the hoop.
- Gather your florals and greenery together and tie them up using your floral wire. Then place them on the hoop. You can run the wire through the fabric and secure it on the back. All you have to do it grab the wire and twist it.
- Add your ribbon.
- You are now DONE!!!! Aren’t you proud?! 🙂
WOWZA!!! You have created this quick and easy Valentine’s day wreath. That was easy, right? If you say otherwise, I don’t know how to help you! LOL
